Delivery Timelines National (South Africa): 

5 to 7 business days.

International Delivery: 

 7 to 15 business days.

 Shipping Rates Standard National Shipping (SA): R75 

International Shipping: R150 (calculated at checkout based on destination).

When checking out, you will notice a optional field requesting your South African 13-digit ID Number (or Passport Number).

Why do we need this? The South African Revenue Service (SARS) strictly requires the recipient's ID number to process and clear all incoming international e-commerce packages at the border.

Your ID number is encrypted, kept strictly confidential, and is only passed securely to our licensed courier partner (such as Buffalo Logistics) for the sole purpose of customs clearance.

It will never be used for marketing or shared with third parties.Failure to provide a valid ID number will cause your parcel to be permanently held or rejected at OR Tambo Airport.

Tracking Your Order The moment your order leaves our international facility, we will email you a local tracking number (e.g., Buffalo Logistics or The Courier Guy). You will be able to track your package in real-time as it crosses the border and makes its way to your home.
